Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a PublikMate Pro subscription within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded — that is, when your subscription starts.

Tell us in a clear statement. An email to info@theshortcutagency.de is enough — there is no form to fill in and no reason to give. Sending the statement before the fourteen days are up is sufficient; it does not have to have arrived.

We refund everything you paid, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. That refund costs you nothing.

At checkout you are asked to confirm two things: that the subscription should start immediately, and that you understand the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. Both are shown on the payment page, and you have to tick them before paying.

If you withdraw after the subscription has started but before the period ends, you pay only for the part you used, worked out proportionally.

Withdrawal is the fourteen-day right described above. Cancelling simply stops the subscription renewing: Settings → Subscription → Manage or cancel, which opens Stripe. Pro keeps running until the period you have already paid for ends, and no further payment is taken.
