Agency OS did €121,000 in nine days. 1,840 students. No ads. No affiliates. No countdown timer. What actually moved it:…
We opened. 24 seats. 31 covers on the first night because two people stood. Eleven months ago this was a shuttered dry cleaner and a lease I could not…
The concept
Don't just launch.
Show the journey.
Most people only see the finished thing — the book, the launch, the opening night. PublikMate is built for everything that happens before that.
Idea
Day 0. A sentence in a notes app.
Building
Day 12. Nothing to show yet.
Experiment
Day 24. Testing a hunch.
Failure
Day 31. It didn't work. Here's why.
Milestone
Day 44. The number finally moved.
Launch
Day 47. Out in the world.
Six posts, six weeks apart. On most networks they scroll away. Here they stay attached to the thing you're making — and together they become the most credible thing on your profile. It works the same whether you're shipping software or opening a restaurant.
Build in public
Your work is worth sharing.
Every idea.
Every experiment.
Every late night.
Every tiny win.
Share the process, not just the outcome. Pick a type, attach it to a project, and it becomes part of a record instead of disappearing into a timeline.
Rebuilt onboarding today. Six screens down to two. Completion went from 41% to 79%.

Pick a type, hit Post, and watch it land here.
Personal brand
Your journey becomes your reputation.
Your profile isn't just a follower count. It's a living record of what you've built, what you've learned and how far you've come.
Anyone can write a title in their bio. Almost nobody can show a hundred updates across four projects, with the failures still visible. That's the difference between claiming a reputation and having one.

Building in public since July 2026
6 updates across 4 projects.
Day 47 of building PublikMate. Just shipped profiles and project pages. The hardest part wasn't the code. It was deciding what NOT to build. I had a list of 31 features. I shipped 4 of them. The other 27 aren't cancelled, they're just not the reason anyone would show up.
Trying something on PublikMate that I haven't seen anywhere else. Every post can be attached to a project. Not a hashtag, not a group — an actual project with a day counter and a status. The bet: a post is disposable, but a build history is an asset. If 200 of your posts are attached to one project, that project page becomes the most credible thing about you on the internet. If the bet is wrong, people will attach nothing and I'll have built a very elaborate tag system.
Projects
Give your projects a story.
A product, a book, a restaurant, an album, a course, an agency, a photo series. Anything with a beginning and a body of work gets a page, a day counter and its own feed. People follow the project, not just you.

Day 47 of building PublikMate. Just shipped profiles and project pages. The hardest part wasn't the code. It was deciding what NOT to build. I had a list of 31 features. I shipped 4 of them. The other 27 aren't cancelled, they're just not the reason anyone would show up.
Agency OS did €121,000 in nine days.
1,840 students. No ads. No affiliates. No countdown timer. What actually moved it: — Eighteen months of publishing the pricing conversations nobody else would publish — A free 40-page teardown of my own worst client year — Answering every reply for the first 72 hours myself — Pricing it once at €89 instead of anchoring at €899 and "discounting" The thing I keep telling people who ask: the launch didn't make the money. The eighteen months made the money. The launch was just the day I finally asked for it.
We opened.
24 seats. 31 covers on the first night because two people stood. Eleven months ago this was a shuttered dry cleaner and a lease I could not really afford. I posted the lease. I posted the health inspection I failed the first time. I posted the €4,200 I lost on a walk-in fridge that did not fit through the door. Tonight a woman asked if we were the place from the internet. We were.
Testing something this week: what if the notes app never shows you a summary unless you ask for it? Every AI notes tool I've used front-loads the summary. You open a note and the machine has already decided what it was about. Hypothesis: people trust their own notes more when the model stays quiet until invited. Measuring: 7-day return rate, notes created per session, and how often the summarise button gets pressed at all. Will post the numbers either way.
Spent 60 hours on a video. It did 9,000 views.
My last one took 14 hours and did 380,000. I've been making videos for six years and I still cannot reliably predict this. What I've stopped doing is pretending I can. The 60-hour one was about monorepo tooling. Genuinely the best thing I've made. Nobody asked for it. Keeping it up. Not making another one like it.
Six posts, six different kinds of update. That's the whole feed.
